Our “Home At Last” Success Stories

These photos tell the stories of the many wonderful dogs and cats that have been rescued through PetConnect Rescue and are “Home At Last”. We invite you to see what can really happen when people come together to save animals in need. After being a wonderful mom to Galway, Gregory & Guinness, it’s finally Gretel’s turn to be spoiled. With a canine & human siblings, we foresee a future filled with love & adventure. Congratulations, sweet girl!


Gidget is loving life! Her family writes, “Just wanted to let you know that Gidget (formerly Happy) is fitting into the family quite nicely. She enjoys relaxing on the couch with the kids after running around in the yard all day.”


Amelia, now Lucy, is finally home! She has a great big yard to explore, a wonderful family, a calm sweet older canine sister to show her the way and a new feline brother who is not really sure if he wants her to stay…but they are working it out!


Sammy, formerly Aspen, was adopted last summer and his mom wrote to let us know that he’s doing great! He and his kitty big brother Frankie are inseparable and love taking naps together. Way to go Sammy!


After being a wonderful mom to her kittens, it was Betty’s turn to find love.  Her family is smitten with her.  According to her new mom, “She is so wonderful, we feel very lucky. We bought her some toys and it looks like it’s a hit!! Thank you again so much!”


Sweet Connie has been adopted! She has left her sad past behind and has found the great forever home that she deserves; she will be pampered and adored by her human sister Carolyn and brother Jack, and their parents — she is a very lucky dog!


Asher, now Duke, will be enjoying life at the Jersey shore! We see a happy future filled with adventures & lots of love from his new little sister & many canine cousins!


Dory came to PetConnect from Puerto Rico.
