Named for the county from which he came (Carteret, NC), this gorgeous boy was saved from euthanasia when PetConnect rescued him. Carter arrived at his foster home very scared and not at all used to being with people. Socializing Carter took a long while, but thanks to the time and patience given to him by his foster parents, Carter eventually became part of the family. One of their cats, Daisy, “mothered” Carter and showed him how to open kitchen cabinets among other good “tricks” – including staying just out of reach of the baby. Carter loves his foster family and they love him! When they decided to move out of state, they decided to adopt Carter and we are SO happy he will be staying with them! Thank you, Ken and Linda, for all the care you have given all of your foster kitties.
