Join us as we present “Doggy Noses & Yoga Poses” at Crossfit Enforce (www.crossfitenforce.com) to benefit PetConnect Rescue! You do the yoga while the pups do the cuddles! Adorable rescue puppies and dogs will be allowed to ROAM FREELY and interact with you during this one-hour mixed level yoga class featuring Uplift Yoga Owner and Instructor Brenda Norris (RYT500, E-RYT200, YACEP, NASM-CPT), so be prepared to get puppy kisses!

Space is limited and interest is high, so order your Pawssport today! Tickets are $37.50 if purchased here and $45 if purchased at the door (space permitting).
