C.A.R.E. (Community Action, Resource and Education)
Pilot Program

PetConnect Rescue identified a need in our local community to establish a monthly educational program, which we have called C.A.R.E. (Community Action, Resource and Education). Our educational program is open to anyone in the community and will serve all pet lovers needing expert information on various pet topics. Children who love their pets and want to know more about pet care and pet careers will also be included. Through a grant made possible by Maddie’s Fund, PetConnect Rescue has set out to establish itself as a leader in community humane education.

C.A.R.E.’s community educational training sessions are available in the Montgomery County, MD area. School-aged C.A.R.E.’s sessions are available to elementary and middle schools, after-school programs, and clubs.
