When Lucy came to PetConnect, she had a few health issues and wasn’t a “spring chicken.” However, that didn’t prevent her family from falling in love with her. Her mom writes, “Miss Lucy celebrated her 2nd Anniversary in her forever home, on the beach in North Carolina. She is happy and healthy and sends you a heartfelt “woof.” As always, we are grateful to you for rescuing Lucy and thank you for all your efforts for dogs in need.”
